今回、FC(ファンクラブ)運営担当として以下業務にご尽力いただける方を募集します。<期待する業務内容>
・FCの全体運営、会員データの管理および更新
・ファンクラブ限定コンテンツ(ニュース、インタビュー、動画、フォトギャラリー等)の企画・制作
・会員限定イベント(オフ会、オンラインイベント、ライブチケット行販売等)の企画・運営
・メールマガジン、SNS、公式サイトを通じた会員とのエンゲージメント創出
・会員からの問い合わせ対応およびトラブルシューティング
・会員数増加のためのキャンペーンやプロモーションの企画・実行
・会員動向のデータ分析及びレポート作成、それに基づく改善策の提案
・ファンクラブ限定商品の企画・販売
・ファンクラブ会費および関連収益の管理
※国内出張および現場稼働あり
Requirements
Requirements
【必須(MUST)】・ファンコンテンツ/メンバーシップ関連業務の企画・運営を経験している方(3年以上)
・チームや関連部署と円滑な協業ができる優れたコミュニケーション力を持っている方
・多岐にわたる業務を効率よく管理し、期限内に遂行できる方
