業務内容

アーティストファンクラブの企画・運営業務をお任せします。

  • アーティストファンクラブの企画・運営業務

・会報誌の製作(企画立案 / 現場取材)

撮影、執筆、デザイナーとの打ち合わせや、LIVE・ツアー等での取材、ファンクラブの会場入会受付等

・Webサイトページの企画・更新

・会員限定グッズの企画制作 等

  • ファンクラブにおけるデスク業務全般

・部門予算・決算等に関する業務

・社内申請書・伝票・契約書類の取りまとめ・作成・管理等

・部内環境の整備・改善・管理業務

・その他、部門スタッフの業務サポート

・ファンクラブ業務、アーティスト・タレントのマネージメント経験者

・レコード会社・メーカーでの制作・宣伝・販促経験をお持ちの方

・Illustrator / Photoshop / Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel(表計算)に関するスキルをお持ちの方

・アニメや声優が好き、詳しい方

以下、マインド / メンタリティをお持ちの方

・エンターテインメントに普段から興味をお持ちの方

・コミュニケーションが円滑で、業務に前向きに取り組んでいただける方

・仕事を通じて成長したいという強い想いをお持ちの方

給与


年俸制:350万円~600万円(毎月年俸の1/12を支給)

(例)年俸400万円の場合

月額給与:333,300円(基本給:270,000円 固定残業代/30時間分 63,300円 含む)

※当社規定により、経験・能力等を考慮し、面談後に決定します

フレックスタイム制:コアタイム無し

始業・終業時刻は労働者の決定に委ねる

(フレキシブルタイム / 7:00~22:00)

休日・休暇

  • 曜日に関係なく、自由に設定可能

休日として設定出来る最大日数(当月の土曜・日曜・祝日の日数分)

  • 計画年休(年5日)
  • 年末年始休暇
  • 年次有給休暇(初年度15日)

  • 契約社員の場合、6カ月~1年ごとに更新
  • 正社員登用制度あり
  • 有期労働契約の更新の基準:契約更新は〔契約期間満了時の業務量/勤務成績・態度/能力/会社の経営状況/従事している業務の進捗状況〕で判断

契約更新をした場合でも最長の契約期間は4年
