ファンクラブアプリの

企画・運用をお任せします。

  • 新規ファンクラブのリリース対応
  • アプリ内のコンテンツの企画・提案・実施
  • グッズなどの商品開発提案および管理
  • クリエイターや所属事務所へのレポーティング・改善提案
  • ファンクラブ認知向上のためのマーケティング活動

※アプリ開発は当社グループのエンジニアが担います。

「株式会社クライド」へ出向となり、

業務利率・保険などもすべて

両社オフィスに区切りは無く

風通しの良い社風のため

所属会社・部署間の越境的な活動も

資格


大卒以上

  • 必須条件

下記(1)および(2)を両方満たす方

(1)デジタルマーケティング業界でのディレクション経験 2年以上

(2)何らかのコンテンツ企画経験(広告プロモーション企画、SNSコンテンツ企画、YouTube企画など)

  • 歓迎条件

・エンタメ業界で働いた経験がある方

・クリエイター(俳優/アーティスト/YouTuber/スポーツ選手)に携わった経験がある方

・チームマネジメントを担いたい方

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

【勤務時間】

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

  • 原則出社でお願いしております。

※平均残業時間は20時間/月となります。

休日

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)
  • 年間休日:120日
  • 年次有給休暇:10日(入社時に3日付与、その後6か月継続して勤務した場合に残りの7日間を付与)

通勤手当(上限:月40,000円)※一ヶ月の定期代及び出勤日数に応じた往復交通費のどちらか安い方原則出社でお願いしております。

給与


月給 41万7000円~59万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり12万3725円~17万4960円(固定残業時間:45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

月給417,000円(固定残業代123,725円含む)~590,000円(固定残業代174,960円含む)

※固定残業は45時間分/月(超過分別途支給)

交通費:交通費支給

通勤手当(上限:月40,000円)

※一ヶ月の定期代及び出勤日数に応じた往復交通費のどちらか安い方
