社内DX推進【業務システムのクラウド移行/AI推進ベンツの販売店/立ち上げメンバー】

【仕事内容】

  • MS Access業務システムのクラウド移行プロジェクト

自社開発のMS Accessベースの業務システムをクラウド化するプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

・各部門へのヒアリング・業務フロー整理

・現行システムの利用実態の把握

・業務課題・改善ポイントの整理

・システム要件定義の作成支援

・業務フロー図、課題一覧、要件定義書等のドキュメント作成

・外部ベンダーと連携したクラウド化・再開発の推進

・プロジェクト全体の進捗管理・社内調整

※システム開発の実装作業は外部委託のため、主に要件整理・プロジェクト管理・業務設計が中心です。

  • AIアプリケーション開発・業務活用推進 (MS Access移行プロジェクト終了後)

クラウド移行完了後は、AI活用による業務効率化やサービス価値向上の企画・推進を担っていただきます。

・AI開発委託業者との折衝・要件整理

・M365 Copilot、Azure OpenAI、GPT-5などの検証・導入支援

・営業・サービス部門など業務部門向けAI活用の企画・PoC推進

・AI活用アイデアの提案・簡易プロトタイプ作成

・社内向けAI活用の啓蒙・教育・浸透活動

※AIの専門知識が必須ではなく、「活用の企画・推進」が主業務です。

勤務地:東京都品川区東品川3-28-25

アクセス:

・りんかい線「品川シーサイド」駅より徒歩4分

・京急線「青物横丁」駅より徒歩7分

【勤務時間】09:00〜17:30(実働7時間30分・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間

土曜日出勤(3週間に1度)の際は、9:30〜18:00の勤務となります

【給与】

400万円〜580万円

月給制 基本給230000円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として39000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

基本的に土日祝がお休みです。月8〜13日のお休み

※3週に一度程度土曜日出勤があります。
