●経理センターのミッション
経理職能として、経営概況や事業戦略を総括、CEO・CFOの経営判断および実行への支援を通じて企業価値最大化に貢献
●募集背景

●担当業務と役割
■経理・ファイナンスのエキスパート(財務)として、企業価値向上に向けての施策立案・提言
■財務戦略の立案・実行、IPOに向けての体制強化・高度化
●具体的な仕事内容
① 投資家・銀行・証券会社・格付機関等とマネージャーレベルで適切な関係の構築
② 調達戦略の立案(グループ資金状況を中・長期的に把握し、適切な資金調達手段の実現)
③ 資金調達(証券発行(株式、社債)、銀行借入等)の実行
④ マーケット情報の適時・適切な把握
⑤ 中長期視点に立った財務プロジェクションの策定
⑥ M&Aを含むコーポレートアクションへの経理・財務部門からの参画
●この仕事を通じて得られること
■ 経営経理として、事業責任者の補佐役として、事業判断に携わり、経営への貢献ができる。
■ 経理・財務業務プロセス変革活動を通じ、PAS経営プロセスの変革にも寄与できる
■ 米州・欧州・中国・アジアに事業展開している当社の各関係会社と密着連携して、グローバル視点で経営経理を実践できる。
■ 経理のプロフェッショナルの育成のために、基礎的な会計・税務知識や最先端の専門スキルに至るまで、様々な研修制度が備わっている。

資格・スキル・経験など

■ 財務担当として必要な知識・経験を有している事
■ 語学力(英語) TOIEC 750点以上
