仕事内容


外貨専門企業トラベレックスジャパンは、フロントオフィス事務(受注・問い合わせ対応)を行う部門で契約社員を2名募集しております。

オンラインオーダー、郵送買取サービス、法人団体受付の受注事務、お客さまからの問い合わせ対応などをチームで担っています。

お客さまの立場や状況を考えてお仕事に取り組める方、旅行会社、金融機関、コールセンター、カスタマーサポートの就業経験がある方、海外留学やワーキングホリデーの経験がある方、一緒に働いてみませんか。

リモート勤務の方には、特にお客さまからの問い合わせ対応を中心に、出社対応が必要な作業を除くその他業務も担っていただく予定です。

土日祝休み、残業も殆どなく、働きやすい職場です。

【仕事内容】

受注事務

・個人顧客からの受注(オンラインオーダー、郵送買取手続き)

・法人顧客からの受注(外貨販売、買取手続き)

コンタクトセンター業務

・個人・法人からの問い合わせ対応(商品、サービス、店舗その他のご案内)

その他付随業務

・業務では、各種外貨両替システム、Teams、Excel、Word、Outlook、電話、Fax等を使用します。

イギリスに本社を置き、世界の空港・主要都市に外貨両替店舗を展開しているトラベレックス。

当社はその日本法人として、2003年に創業しました。現在は北海道から沖縄までの主要空港をはじめ、全国各地の主要都市に店舗を展開しています。

最近の旅行需要の回復により、当社の担う役割は今後さらに拡大していく見込みです。そこで今回、当社オフィスでコンタクトセンター業務を担当する「ビジネスオペレーションズスペシャリスト」を3名採用することになりました。非対面での対応を得意とする方は、ぜひこの機会にご応募ください。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

09:00 ~ 17:30

・月120時間程度(通常の労働時間制)

・始業・終業時刻 平日9:00-17:30の時間内勤務

・実働時間は1日あたり6時間~7.5時間

【給与】

時給 1650円 ~

※経験・年齢・能力などを考慮の上、決定します。

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
