【仕事内容】

機械学習モデルを自動高速化するコンパイラの開発を担当いただきます。

現在様々なアプリケーションで機械学習が利用されています。

これらのアプリケーションを高速化または省電力化するために、様々なAIアクセラレータが開発されています。

フィックスターズでは、AIアクセラレータを開発するお客様向けに、AIコンパイラフレームワークの開発を行っています。

AIコンパイラは、機械学習モデルの学習や推論のワークロードを、対象のAIアクセラレータ上で高速処理するための変換とコード生成を自動で適用します。

フィックスターズでは、このAIコンパイラフレームワークを設計及び開発するエンジニアを募集しています。

この役割には、対象のAIアクセラレータを対象にした量子化、計算グラフの最適化、ループやメモリ配置の最適化の手法の設計や、コンパイラへの実装が含まれます。

また、AIアクセラレータやAIコンパイラの最新研究やOSSの動向の調査も行い、それらを用いた技術選定にも携わります。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・コンパイラの設計と最適化手法に関する深い知識や経験

・C/C++及びPythonを用いたプログラミング知識や経験

・コンピュータ・サイエンスに対する深い知識

・当該分野に関する興味・関心

【歓迎】

・MLIR LLVM TVMなどのOSSのコンパイラに精通していること

・PyTorch TensorFlow ONNXなどの深層学習フレームワークに精通していること

・CPU GPU FPGA AIアクセラレータなどのハードウェアアーキテクチャに関する知識

・高性能プログラミングの経験

・量子化や枝刈りなどの、モデル圧縮技術に関する知識や研究開発経験

・OSS(Open Sourcre Software)の開発や貢献の実績

【給与】

600万円~1010万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。経験/スキル/前職の給与を考慮の上、決定致します。 ※上記金額は、ベース年収に特別賞与(40万/年以上)を加えた数字となります。
