Job Description

Your Impact

You will be primarily responsible for proposing and selling our security platform to major Japanese companies. Based on approximately 25 major clients, you will create territory plans and determine which products to target at what time.

Subsequently, you will create account plans for each company and develop specific pitches. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and proposing solutions to existing customers.

You will collaborate with the marketing department and inside sales team to generate leads. You will identify client challenges and needs, and propose solutions.

You will work closely with paired SEs, product sales departments, SE departments, and other cybersecurity teams to resolve issues and make decisions.

You will build win-win relationships with partner companies and progress pitches. Pitch progress will be reflected in CRM.

Weekly forecast meetings will be held to manage quarterly numbers.

The team frequently holds study sessions and discussions, so information dissemination and sharing occur regularly.

Qualifications

  • Must have more than 3 years of experience in high-touch corporate sales or IT solution sales.
  • Must have more than 3 years of experience in managing customer relationships or department heads.
  • Must have strong presentation skills.
  • Must have planning ability for territory plans and account plans.
  • Must be able to achieve quarterly numerical targets.
  • Nice to have: proficiency in English (helpful for staying up-to-date with the latest information), experience with security products, network products, or cloud products.

Additional Information

The Sales Team is part of the Major Customer Sales Department and is responsible for developing new business with major customers and managing accounts.
