Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Principal Solutions Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Field Specialists – Cloud, this role will have a direct impact on sales and the product roadmap for the Zero Trust Networking portfolio. You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the Zero Trust Networking expert for AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Partnering with sales and engineering to shape the product roadmap with technical insights
• Leading customer conversations on Zero Trust Networking strategies and deployments
• Supporting Proof-of-Value engagements with Solution Engineers and position Zscaler as the top solution against competitors

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical BD, or Technical Sales
• Deep knowledge of security, networking, and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong communicator with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA)
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions or working within Zero Trust frameworks
• Experience in influencing product strategy or providing directional inputs for product roadmaps
