Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Principal Solution Architect/Principal Solutions Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the Director, Field Specialists – Cloud, this role will have a direct impact on sales and the product roadmap for the Zero Trust Networking portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
Acting as the Zero Trust Networking expert for AWS, Azure, and GCP
Partnering with sales and engineering to shape the product roadmap with technical insights
Leading customer conversations on Zero Trust Networking strategies and deployments
Supporting Proof-of-Value engagements with Solution Engineers and position Zscaler as the top solution against competitors
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
Ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders in both Japanese and English
5+ years in Product Management, Technical BD, or Technical Sales
Deep knowledge of security, networking, and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong communicator with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA)
Experience delivering cloud-based solutions or working within Zero Trust frameworks
Experience in influencing product strategy or providing directional inputs for product roadmaps
Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
