大規模な業務システムを利用する環境において、
生成AIを活用した業務高度化・効率化を推進する支援ポジションです。
主に、問い合わせ対応やオペレーション業務を支えるシステムを対象に、
生成AIの活用検討・導入支援・改善推進を行っていただきます。
AI技術そのものの研究ではなく、
業務に定着させるための企画・調整・推進が中心となります。
■ 主な業務内容
- 生成AIを活用した業務改善施策の検討・整理
- 業務システムにおけるAI活用ユースケース設計
- 関係部署(業務部門・IT部門)との調整・ヒアリング
- 開発ベンダー・技術担当との連携
- PoC・検証結果の整理および改善提案
- 導入後の運用・定着に向けた支援
