■組織のミッション
保険ソリューション事業として、「保険ビジネスが多様化する中、保険業界・会社が抱えるイシューや事業戦略に対し、先進かつ高度なITソリューションを提供し、課題解決に貢献する。その重要な保険インフラを安定提供する」ことを目指しています。
業務変革を実現するには、ビジネス仮説に対し、「データ分析による客観的な評価」や「テクノロジーの見極め」が重要となります。NRIは、保険会社の基幹業務システムを長年経験してきており、業務やデータの性質を深く理解しています。その知見を活かし、実現性、期待効果の検証をし、保険会社の基幹業務にどのように組み込むべきかを検討し、最適なソリューションを設計していきます。

ITコンサルタント13名、ITエンジニア15名(業務アプリケーション、アプリ共通、ITアーキテクト、基盤エンジニア)
【募集職種の期待役割】
保険業界・保険会社は、デジタル化の進展によりリスクが徐々に計測可能になり「大数の法則」による保険商品だけではニーズに応えきれなく、よりパーソナルなニーズに適した保険商品の設計が求められています。また、保険ビジネス自体が、経済損失をカバーする「保障・補償」から、リスクが発生しない「予防」へと提供範囲が拡大しています。
保険業界が持つ情報(契約・支払)に、保険以外の企業や人がもつリスクに関わる情報を掛け合わせ、データ分析を通して新たな価値を見出す業務に参画いただきます。
また、技術、価値、ビジネス効果を見極める活動(PoC・PoV・PoB)を、保険会社や専門企業を協働で取り組みます。その確認をもって、本格的なソリューションへの計画策定、システム設計・構築を担当いただきます。

【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1300 万円
平均年収:1,322万円※2024年度
