募集背景


コメ兵ホールディングスは、グループ会社が増加する一方で、労務管理体制の再構築や人事労務システムの統合検討、福利厚生の見直しといった「グループシナジー最大化」のための基盤整備が急務となっています。

現在、PMI(統合プロセス)対応や今後の事業拡大を見据え、労務のスペシャリストとして体制を強化するための増員募集を行います。

業務内容


ホールディングスの立場から、グループ各社(国内・海外)の労務支援およびホールディング自体の労務実務をお任せします。

〇国内グループ会社の労務サポート

給与計算、年末調整、社会保険、安全衛生業務および労務課題に対する支援

〇海外事業の労務サポート

海外拠点の労務課題に対する支援(日本からのリモート支援)

〇グループ労務ガバナンスの構築

グループ全体の労務コンプライアンス遵守状況のモニタリング。

人事労務システムの統合プロジェクトの推進。

〇制度構築

福利厚生制度の見直し、働き方改革(生産性向上)の推進。

〇M&Aに伴う人事PMI業務〇

新たにグループ入りした企業の労務デューデリジェンス、就業規則・諸規程の整備、人事制度の再構築サポート。

※HD自体の労務実務※

給与計算、社会保険手続き、勤怠管理(実務は一部アウトソースや事業会社と連携する場合もあります)。

応募資格

  • 必須スキル

事業会社での労務実務経験(5年以上、またはそれに準ずる深い経験)

  • 歓迎スキル・経験

・社会保険労務士の資格保持者

・グループ経営を行う企業(HD体制)での実務経験

・英語や中国語など、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方(通訳を介しても可)

・上場企業における労務管理の実績

・M&Aにおける人事労務PMI、または人事制度の統合・再編に携わった経験

・コミュニケーション能力: 各事業会社の経営層や現場担当者と信頼関係を築き、変革を推進できる方。
