このポジションはセールス部門に属し、ラピュタロボティクスの持つ「物流製品」の売上、収益性向上を指標として担います。具体的には物流の知識、経験を基にセールスやカスタマーサクセス、マーケティングチームと連携し、物流製品の新規見込み顧客の開拓、受注、導入の成功に導くことが期待されます。また、豊富な物流経験とコネクションを活かし、ターゲット企業に対しての直接的な啓蒙活動や、イベントなどでの登壇活動を通じて、物流業界に自社製品を積極的に啓蒙し、認知を上げる活動も実行します。【このポジションのKPI】
- 物流製品の売上、収益、受注数
【業務内容】
- エンタープライズ企業のキーマン開拓
- エンタープライズ企業の意思決定プロセスの予測と攻略戦略の策定
- 物流市場や競合状況の分析、および企業の長期的な成長と競争力を確保するための戦略の策定
- 社内の物流知識の向上、人材育成
- 展示会やイベントなどでの啓蒙及び登壇活動
Requirements
【必須要件(MUST)】
- 物流関連企業での経験(15年以上)
- エンタープライズセールスの経験(2年以上)
【歓迎要件(WANT)】
- スタートアップでの業務経験
- 英語環境下での業務経験
- 学士号の学位を取得している、または同等のスキルを持ち合わせていること
