【プログラム内容】
1、説明会「テレビ業界の"ホント"と"秘密"お教えします」
- 当日は私たちのこと、テレビ業界のことを知っていただくことを目的に、ざっくばらんに色々なお話をさせていただきます
「テレビの裏側ってどんな感じ?」「放送までにどんなことが行われているの?」
現場のホントを本音で解説&説明いたします
社員1人1人との関係性を重視するのが弊社の社風ですので、皆さまともわずかな時間ではありますが、共に通じ合い、相互に理解しあえる関係性を築きたいと考えております。
2、番組制作過程とは?ADさんのお仕事を知ろう
- 番組収録を実施するまでの制作過程を皆さんに体験していただきます。
まずは企画内容の候補出し。
「どんなことをやったら視聴者が見てくれるんだろう?」「企画を成立させるためには何が必要?」
番組に合った企画を考えて、その企画を成功させるためのリサーチ、チームで話し合いながら資料にまとめてもらいます。
3、自分たちの企画をプレゼンしよう
- ただ考えるだけでは意味がありません。
提案・プレゼンし、認められることで正式に採用されます。
行く意味がある場所なのか?何が撮影できるのか?
本当に頭の中で考えたことが実現できるのか?
など、就業後の現場で感じる苦労を実際に体験することができます。
もちろん各企画&リサーチ案に対して現役プロデューサーがフィードバックします。
4、質疑応答タイム
- プログラムならではの"耳障りの良い言葉"ではお答えしません。
