チャーシュー工場の副工場長(工場長候補)として、製造からマネジメント、及び衛生管理の責任者として、マニュアル整備まで幅広く携わっていただきます。

まずは現場作業の習得からスタートし、徐々に管理業務・体制構築をお任せします。

【具体的なステップ】

①入社後~初月:現場研修 まずは現場の仕組みと工程を理解していただくため、以下の実務を一通り経験していただきます。

・豚骨の下処理、バラ肉の煮込み・引き揚げ作業

・脂取り、特製タレへの漬け込み

・チャーシューのカット、パック詰め、配送準備

など

②メインミッション:管理体制の構築 現場を理解した上で、以下の業務を中心にお任せします。

・HACCPに基づく衛生管理体制の構築・運用

・製造マニュアルの作成・整備

・スタッフへの技術指導・現場指導

※野里工場だけでなく、近隣のスープ製造工場(香寺工場)へ出勤し、連携を図る場合もあります。

当社の味の決め手の一つである「チャーシュー」を製造する野里工場(兵庫県姫路市)にて、副工場長(将来の工場長候補となる方)を募集します。

店舗数の拡大に伴い、現在の工場からさらに生産規模を大きくする計画が進行しており、

この拡大フェーズに対応するため、現場を牽引していただけるリーダー層を増員することになりました。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

5:00~18:00の間でシフト制(休憩60分)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 32万円 〜 49万円

固定残業代:なし

*経験・能力・前職給与を最大限考慮し、月給を決定いたします。

*昇給:年1回(7月)
