・給与:月給25万~40万円

・勤務時間:平日10時~18時(休憩60分)

【主な業務内容】

・顧客との打ち合わせ、提案資料作成のサポート、スケジュール管理

・建築及び内装の基本設計・実施設計・デザイン

・設計監理業務

・パース作成

【業務の特徴】

・共同住宅を中心とした意匠設計が主軸となります

・提案段階から竣工まで、設計業務全体に関わることができます

・共用部のエントランスやマンション内のテナント内装設計も経験できます

・3DCG、BIMソフト、Jw_cad、AutoCADなど多様なツールを活用します

・新しい分野へのチャレンジが支援される環境です

【1日の流れ(例)】

・10時 出社、メール確認、本日の業務確認

・10時30分 顧客との打ち合わせ(オンライン含む)

・12時 休憩(60分)

・13時 設計業務(基本設計・実施設計)

・15時 パース作成、資料作成

・17時 翌日の準備、片付け

・18時 退社

・一級建築士、二級建築士などの資格保有者

■使用ソフト:Jw_cad、AutoCAD(その他のソフトも使用可)

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】平日10:00~18:00(休憩60分)・日勤のみ・入社時期相談可・残業月20時間以内

【1日の流れ】例

・10:00 出社、メール確認

・10:30 社内ミーティング(※打合せがない日は設計作業)

・12:00 昼休憩

・13:00 設計業務(作図、行政調査、監理質疑への対応)

・18:00 退社

休暇・休日:

◆ 基本の休日

完全週休2日制(土曜日・日曜日)に加え、祝日もお休みです。毎週末しっかり休めるため、プライベートの予定も立てやすい環境です。

◆長期休暇

年末年始休暇、GW休暇、夏季休暇があり、まとまった休みを取ることができます。旅行や帰省など、長期の予定も組みやすくなっています。

◆有給休暇

入社後6か月継続勤務で10日の有給休暇が付与されます。

◆特別休暇

慶弔休暇のほか、家庭の都合による休暇も取得可能です。お子様の学校行事や急な家庭の事情にも柔軟に対応できる環境を整えています。

最寄り駅: 駒込駅から徒歩3分駅から徒歩3分の好立地で、通勤がとても便利です。雨の日でも濡れる心配がほとんどなく、駅近5分以内で快適に通えます。交通費は全額支給しますので、通勤費の負担はありません。また、転勤はありませんので、長く安定して同じ場所で働けます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000〜¥100,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25万~40万円(固定残業代50,000~100,000円含む、25時間分) 超過残業代は別途支給

【手当】

・通勤手当:実費支給(上限20,000円/月)

・資格手当:あり

【昇給・賞与制度】

・昇給:年1回、前年度実績に基づき5,000~30,000円の幅で昇給

・賞与:年1回、個人業績による月給2カ月分
