教育を通じて人生に関わる仕事をしたいという思いから、
"脱・Only受験"を標榜する当社に入社。
教室長やエリアリーダーを経験したのち、
現在は採用課のリーダーを担う。

新卒で複合型サービス業に就職し、
ブライダル・飲食サービス領域を担当。
より顧客と中長期的且つ深く関わり、
自分が影響力を行使できること、
人の「育成・成長」に携わりたいと考え当社に入社。
2015年よりSOUEIグループ内の採用活動に携わる。

業界未経験で学習塾の経営を開始する。
