【仕事内容】
加熱式/電子たばこ(Ploom等)の製品開発に関する下記業務を担当いただきます。
・RRPデバイスのメカ設計全般
・商品企画部門との製品仕様(外観デザイン含む)調整
・製造委託先、部品サプライヤーとの各種調整
・試作品の評価・検証
・デバイスの付加価値向上に資する技術の探索、活用プランの企画・検証

日本のみならず海外でも市場規模が急速に拡大している加熱式/電子たばこ(Ploom等)を紙巻たばこに続く主力商品として成長させるべく、自社開発技術を採用した独自性の高いイノベーティブな製品の開発に挑戦しています。
製品開発においては、味・香りを実現する技術や物質移動の制御などのたばこ関連技術に加え、小型電気デバイスに関連する技術が必要不可欠であり、電気・電子・機械系エンジニアの皆様の力を必要としています。

【必須】
■プロジェクトリードの経験(プロジェクト規模不問)
■電気・電子製品を対象とした、3D-CADを用いた製品設計にスキルおよび材料仕様選定に必要な知見を有する方。
【歓迎】
■下記の電池内蔵型製品の設計・開発での実務経験をお持ちの方
携帯電話、スマートフォン、電動歯ブラシ、電気シェーバー、その他家庭用美容機器
■英語力(業務上英語でのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル ※TOEIC 550点以上目安)
【給与】
700万円~1100万円
※地域手当、賞与込(年収上限額は30時間/月の時間外を含む)。年齢、職歴、スキル等を総合的に勘案し決定。
