【 仕事内容 】
中華料理店で、サービス支配人候補としての採用です。
店舗内のサービスの取りまとめはもちろんのこと、シェフと共にお店の売り上げや業績向上に向けて動く仕事がメインになります。
予約組数も少なく、1日あたりの接客組数が少ない高級業態。
どのようなサービスがあればさらにお客様に喜んでいただけるかを考えていきましょう。
企画から実施までできる裁量権が非常に大きいポジションです。
自分の力試しをしたい方や、さらに高いレベルのサービスを極めていきたい方などにピッタリ

~店名の由来について~
店名は、当店のシェフの名前から名付けました。
実は…同ビルの地下にある系列店のシェフの名前も「吉田」。
これを偶然ではなく、ご縁と捉えてそのまま店名に使用させていただきました
