正社員として、大阪市中央区でホテルや学校、工場などの耐震補強・建物補修工事の施工管理業務をお任せします。月給は21万3,300円~31万1,200円で、完全週休2日制(土日祝)、年間休日124日としっかり休める環境です。

【お任せすること】

・発注業務:協力会社との連携を図りながら、必要な資材や人員の手配を行います。最初は先輩のサポートから始め、徐々に独り立ちを目指していただきます。

・施工図の作成とチェック:図面を読み解き、現場で実際に施工するための図面を作成します。CADの使い方も丁寧に教えますので、未経験の方でも安心してください。

・現場の安全・原価・品質・工程の管理:現場の責任者として、安全第一を徹底しながら、予算内で高品質な工事を期日通りに完成させる。それが施工管理者の使命です。経験を積むことで、この全体像が見えてきます。

・08:00 出社・朝礼(現場の場合)

・08:30 現場巡回・安全確認
