ご利用者宅に訪問して、ご利用者のご状況に合わせた支援をお願いします

・入浴のサポート

・食事の準備、介助

・お部屋の環境整備

お一人で訪問出来るようになるまで、職員が丁寧に同行訪問させて頂きますので、

初心者の方やブランクのある方でも安心してご就業くださいね♪

求める人材:

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)以上の資格をお持ちの方

・未経験の方も大歓迎です。多くの職員が未経験入社です。

もちろんブランクのある方もOKです。

・同業界のダブルワーク及び同業界以外でも複数社あわせての週40時間以上の勤務は不可になりますのでご了承ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

※勤務時間はご相談ください。働き方を応援します。

扶養範囲内での勤務でも可能です。

時給1,706円~

※試用期間(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)中は時給1,606円

・別途3ヶ月毎に処遇改善に基づく一時金支給あり(業績による)

※訪問介護以外の業務(研修等)は時給1,279円(試用期間中は1,203円)
