仕事内容:

【物流・倉庫管理全般】

まずは入出庫作業などの実務を通して、業務への理解を深めていただきます。

先輩スタッフとのOJTで出来ることからお任せしますので、

徐々に業務の幅を広げていく流れになります。

ある程度慣れてきたら、人員・在庫・収支・顧客の管理など

管理面も段階的にお任せしていきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間/9:00~18:00(休憩90分/実働7.5時間)

勤務曜日/月曜日~土曜日(土曜日は月1~2回程出勤、会社カレンダーによる)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥300,000〜¥500,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【入社3年目】450万円(月給32万円+各種手当+賞与)

【入社5年目】550万円(月給35万円+各種手当+賞与)
