Warehouseチームリーダーとして、倉庫運営(入庫管理・ツアーリテール/赤坂・原宿店/E-com出荷業務や在庫管理)を管理し、チームを導きながら高い生産性と正確性を実現する役割であり、問題発見・解決、部門連携を通じて、チームパフォーマンスの安定運用と継続的な改善を推進し、模範となる責任感と規律意識をもって、チームメンバーの育成と安全な作業環境の構築を担います。
Your Role Accountabilities...
入出荷業務を含む日次オペレーション管理
正確な在庫管理(棚卸、サイクルカウント、在庫移動、破損品の管理)
需要に応じた商品管理とツアーリテール、赤坂・原宿店、E-comとの連携
入出荷、在庫精度の維持・向上
業務プロセスの改善提案・効率化の推進
安全衛生基準の順守および定期的な倉庫内安全巡回・改善対応
チームメンバーの指導・教育・評価、スキルトレーニングの実施
シフト管理(日・週・月単位)及びチーム状況の上長への共有
他部署との連携による業務調整
Qualifications & Experiences...経験
倉庫/物流/小売オペレーションでの在庫管理・入出荷管理の実務経験
困難な状況での問題解決経験および業務改善の実行経験
他部署と連携しながら業務を推進した経験
リーダーとしてチームの管理(シフト調整や日々のオペレーションの指揮など)経験あれば尚可
