日本での販売職(日本語訳)

役割と責任:

1. 当社製品の日本市場における販売業務を担当し、販売目標を達成する。

2. 顧客のニーズ情報を探求・収集し、顧客状況を継続的に把握。顧客との良好な関係維持、顧客と会社間の情報連絡を行う。

3. 場動向を把握し、上司へ報告。他部門と連携し、データレポートの作成・提出を支援する。

4. 売買契約の進捗管理及び売掛金の回収業務を担当する。

5. 地域市場の計画策定、代理店の選定、コア代理店の分析・評価、製品戦略の立案を実施。

6. 地域市場における販売店チャネルの構築・維持・管理業務を担当。

7. 代理店管理業務を統括し、重要顧客との関係維持に努める。

資格要件:

1. 通信・電子工学関連専攻、学部卒以上(優遇:修士号)。

2. モータードライブICまたは関連電子部品業界3年以上の経験(IC製品販売経験者優遇)。

3. 明るい性格、コミュニケーション能力・論理的思考力に優れ、チームワーク・実行力があり、プレッシャーに耐えられる。

4. 外資系ICメーカー勤務経験者優遇。
