「グループIT推進本部」とは、サイバーエージェントグループにおけるシステムやインフラ、セキュリティの課題解決をより推進すべく、2022年4月にスタートした横串の横断組織です。
200名以上が在籍し、そのうち約7割がエンジニアです。
17の専門組織から構成される当本部は、スタートアップ会社の立ち上げや注力事業のサポート、基幹システムの構築や業務セキュリティの改善など、サイバーエージェントグループにとって重要と思われる様々な事象に対して主体的に取り組んでいます。

Webサービス開発やプロダクト開発での技術リーダー経験
プロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験(複数ステークホルダの要求を取りまとめ要件化したことがある)

高い技術スキル:インフラからバックエンド、フロントエンドまでの広い開発経験、あるいは特定の分野での深い専門知識をお持ちの方
技術選定の経験:大規模システムにおける技術選定などの意志決定に関わった経験がある方
顕著な成果:オープンソースプロジェクトへの貢献、業界で認知された技術的達成など、特定のプロジェクトや技術領域で目覚ましい成果を上げた方
プロジェクトマネジメント経験:複雑な大型案件や、スタートアップや新規事業の立ち上げにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験がある方
