【仕事内容】

お得意様からの注文(メールやWEB)をPCで入力し、在庫を確認することからスタート

事サポートだけでなく、完成した製品の検品や発送作業まで、モノづくりの流れに幅広く携わっていただきます。

※行っていただく業務は社員が行う作業のサポートが主になるので、未経験の方も安心してご応募ください。

~具体的には~

  • 受発注補助業務

*受注・発注データのPC入力

*在庫管理・納期管理

*社内他部署や協力会社との連絡・調整

*完成した製品の出荷確認など

  • 検査発送業務

*社内で作成したシールやラベルの検品、検数、発送

*その他、付随する簡単な軽作業

※シールやラベルの検品では、細かい文字・数字等をチェックしていただく場合があり、相応の視力が必要となります。

仕事内容は丁寧に指導しますのでご安心ください

  • 未経験の方でも大丈夫

「事務の経験がない」「検品作業は初めて」という方もご安心ください。
