ルートとは?

rootのデザイン支援モデルは、クライアントワークを通じ支援する組織・事業に対して共に事業価値を創り、育むための支援体系を構築しています。
事業の立ち上がりや成長段階に関わることの多いrootだからこそ、事業の形がまだ定まっていないフェーズから、本来あるべき事業価値の創造を共に行い組織と事業の成長を支援していきます。

おかげ様で、これまでのプロジェクトにて、クライアントからの信頼を獲得してきた結果、新しく様々な企業様よりご相談頂けることが増えており、組織や人員がありがたいことにまだまだ足りていない実情があります。
それに伴い、当社のデザインパートナー事業の責任をもつマネージャーの方を求めています。
root内における予算管理や戦略策定およびクライアント事業のQCDSの担保、管掌を担うポジションとなります。

また、rootの強みである長期支援モデルを活かし、さまざまなクライアントに対して、事業価値・顧客価値の創出を目的としたプロダクト・デザイン戦略を立案・提案する機会が豊富にあります。
その戦略の実行まで継続的に関与することで、クライアントのプロダクトと組織の成長にも深く関わることができます。
事業や組織全体の意思決定に関わる経験を積むことができ、将来的には事業責任者やCxOを目指せるポジションです。
2.仕事内容
管掌する複数プロジェクトの稼働率・粗利の最大化を目指しながら、支援先の各プロジェクトにおいては、PdMとしてプロダクトロードマップにおけるQCDSを担保する、またはデザインマネージャーとしてデザイン目標・計画に対するQCDを担保することがミッションです。
マネージャーとしての具体的な業務は以下です。
- 複数プロジェクトの稼働率・粗利のモニタリングおよび改善施策の立案・実行
- PdMやデザインマネージャー、プロダクトデザイナー の評価、育成
- クライアントに対する深耕営業時のプロダクト/デザイン戦略の立案と見積もり作成
- プロジェクトマネジメント
- その他デザインパートナーチームとなるroot組織の成長を目指すサービスディベロップメント活動(採用、ナレッジ、育成、組織カルチャー業務等)業務
以下のいずれかのロールを、これまでのご経験に応じて兼務いただきます。
- デザインマネージャーとして
- 事業計画やプロダクトロードマップを踏まえたデザインロードマップの策定〜実行
- デザインのQCDSを最適化するためのデザインディレクション
- プロジェクト内でのクライアント評価収集、デザイナー育成・チームマネジメント業務
- PdMとして
- ユーザー/市場リサーチおよび課題仮説の探索・定義
- プロダクトロードマップおよびKPIの策定〜運用
- プロダクトのQCDSを最適化するために、事業責任者やデザインマネージャーなど、各ステークホルダーとの連携

必須スキル
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験(2年以上)
- 評価含むデザインチームの人材マネジメント経験
- クライアントや社内外のステークホルダーへの企画、提案、交渉等の合意形成経験
加えて、下記 A/B のいずれかのパターンに該当する方を想定しています。
A. デザインマネージャーとしてのバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
- デジタルプロダクトにおけるプロダクトデザインの経験(2年程度)
B. PdM・事業開発・コンサルティング等のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
- 以下、いずれかのご経験
- 事業開発・組織コンサルティング・SES等の開発組織マネジメント経験(3年程度)
- プロダクトマネジメント経験(2年程度)
- ユーザーリサーチ・分析を含むUXデザイン経験
歓迎スキル
- 新規事業の立ち上げに携わった経験
- PdMや事業/組織コンサルタント、または事業責任者経験
- 受託/コンサル型ビジネスでの粗利管理
- 組織設計・評価制度の構築経験、または Design Ops の立ち上げ/運用経験
- デジタルプロダクトにおけるプロダクトデザイン経験
