YOLO JAPANとは?
私たちは日本に住む外国人のためのプラットフォームメディア 「YOLO JAPAN(ヨロジャパン)」を運営するベンチャー企業です。「日本人と外国人が共存する日本づくりに貢献する」ことを目標に、在留外国人のライフサポートを行います。現在は外国人登録者数34万人・国籍数239ヶ国(エリアを含む)を突破するまでに急成長をしております。
本メディア「YOLO JAPAN」では外国人向けに日本全国の正社員・アルバイト情報やモニター求人、インフルエンサー求人を掲載しています。その他に、外国人が日本に入国してから出国するまでに必要な暮らしのサポートとして、下記のサービスも提供しています。

YOLO JAPANが外国人ライフサポートを行う理由
日本では少子高齢化による労働人口の減少という、確実に起きる大きな問題があります。これを解決するには、日本で働く外国人の力が必要不可欠です。
しかし、そうして日本に来て働く外国人は、ただの労働力ではありません。彼らも私たちと同じように、楽しく働いたり、心地よく生活したり、娯楽を楽しんだりしたいと考えています。
ですが、外国人から見た日本の環境はたくさんの「不便」を抱えている状態です。更に東南アジアでは日本と同じように少子高齢化が進んでおり、今や外国人は引っ張りだこ。

求人票の書き方や外国人採用におけるアドバイス、採用支援を行います。
掲載は6か月程で、必要なお客様には継続契約の提案を行います。

□■主な業務内容■□
◎よりよい求人広告にするためのコンサルティング
└原稿掲載する際の審査基準をご案内したり、外国人求職者への訴求方法などをご提案します。
その他上記業務に付随する事務作業をお任せします。
※企業様とはオンラインでのやり取りとなります。(外勤はありません)
◎クライアントが採用成功にするためのご提案
└求人原稿に対するアドバイスだけでなく、数値やフローの振りかえりや
各エリアの特性や職種についての情報提供を行います。
◎契約更新の交渉や機能改善のご提案もお任せします。
※できることから少しずつお任せしていきますのでご安心ください。
