【募集背景】

国内最大規模のヘルステック(Health Tech)カンパニーである同社は、「人類の健康に最も貢献する企業」への実現に向けて、データ・テクノロジー人材を募集しております。

配属先は、2022年8月に新設された同社IT戦略グループ会社「RIZAPテクノロジーズ株式会社」を予定しております。

【職務内容】

新規事業を推進しているデータマネジメント部にて、ヘルスケア領域を中心したサービスの開発をする開発PMを求めております。

入社後は、国内フィットネスジム会員数No.1(会員数80万人超・ブランド開始後約1年で会員数日本一達成)『chocoZAP』に連動したアプリのプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せする予定です。

(その他プロジェクト例:ヘルスケアアプリ/動画配信サービス/ポイント統合プラットフォームアプリ/EC/サプライチェーン/フイットネストレーナーとのマッチングプラットフォーム 等)

【具体的には】

RIZAPグループのサービスに対して、データ分析や分析のための機械学習モデル開発しながら、主体的に各サービスの課題を抽出し課題解決手段の提案、示唆だしまでを行っていただきます。

課題解決のためのビッグデータ分析(bigqueryなど)により利益拡大やコストカットを目的とする、機械学習などを用いた予測、推定(Python、R、Spark)やモデルの組み込み、ナレッジマネジメント(社内研修、イントラネットでの情報発信など)など。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・フィットネスおよび周辺領域ビジネスに携わる意欲のある方

・統計学や機械学習など、分析で必要となる基本理論への理解:5年以上

・データ分析と改善提案の実務経験:5年以上

・SQL、Python、Rなど、データ分析に必要となるプログラミング言語の実務経験:5年以上

・関係者(CEO、マーケター、営業、エンジニアなど)と適切にディスカッションできるコミュニケーション能力:1年以上

・1人以上のメンバーマネジメント経験:1年以上

【歓迎】

・自身で施策を提案・実行し、サービスのKPIを大きく伸ばした経験

・大規模なデータ(億以上のオーダー)の分析経験

・データの収集(Google Analyticsの利用やクローリングなど)、および、クレンジングの経験

・大学・大学院で統計や機械学習などを使った研究の経験

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
