お仕事内容

市区町村が実施する「デジタル商品券事業」において、

加盟店舗の新規開拓・サポート業務を担当していただきます。

複数案件が同時進行する環境のため、

マルチタスクで柔軟に対応できる方に向いています。

【具体的には…】

・デジタル商品券の加盟店新規開拓

・市区町村内の店舗を訪問し、直接商品券のご案内

・店舗・本部への訪問や架電による加盟促進

・目標KPIに応じたアプローチ・対応

・店舗向け操作方法の説明、説明会の実施

・効率的な店舗開拓方法の企画・実行

・スタッフ教育・フォロー業務

※同時に複数案件が立ち上がるため、調整力・行動力が活かせます

※「人と話すことが好き」「サポート役が得意」な方に最適です

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

・週休2日制(基本土日祝休み/シフト制)※社内カレンダーに準ずる

給与


月給 22万円~25万円

(一律手当を含む)

※半期ごとの評価により昇給あり(平均1万円程度UP)
