Responsibilities:

  • Propose and sell our Payment Service SaaS solutions to Korean business owners (restaurants, cafés, retail shops, salons, etc.)
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales targeting Korean-owned restaurants and retail stores
  • Manage the full sales and partnership lifecycle (Lead generation → Negotiation → Contract → Onboarding) with an end-to-end approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Legal, and Marketing
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partner companies
  • Analyze partner channel performance and optimize based on CVR, revenue, and retention
  • Research trends in payments, embedded finance, and SaaS markets and reflect them in strategy

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Japan work visa
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS sales
  • First-language Korean speakers welcome
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Employment type:
Full-time employee
Probation period: 3 months (no change in wages or conditions)


Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

(Core working hours are from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start and end times.)

Salary Details:
Annual salary 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 JPY + Incentives
Wages will be determined based on experience and ability.
Salary includes fixed overtime pay.

職務内容:

  • 韓国人事業主(飲食店、カフェ、小売店、サロン等)に対する当社決済サービス・SaaS ソリューションの提案・営業
  • 韓国系飲食店・小売店を対象としたインバウンド/アウトバウンド営業
  • リード獲得 → 商談 → 契約 → 導入(オンボーディング)までの一連の営業プロセスを担当
  • プロダクト、リーガル、マーケティングなど社内各部門との連携
  • パートナー企業との Go-To-Market 戦略の立案・実行
  • CVR、売上、継続率などのデータに基づくチャネルパフォーマンス分析および改善
  • 決済、エンベデッドファイナンス、SaaS 市場のトレンドリサーチおよび戦略への反映

スキル及び経験:

  • 有効な就労ビザを保有している方(必須)
  • SaaS 営業経験 1 年以上(必須)
  • 韓国語が母語の方歓迎
  • 中小企業オーナーへの営業経験がある方は尚可
  • 分析力・コミュニケーション能力の高い方
