- 募集背景
当社では、国内外の有望企業への投資を通じてグループ全体の成長を加速させています。
特に投資先の事業戦略策定やPMI(買収後統合)、資本政策、成長支援においては、外部視点を持ちながら経営層と並走できる専門人材のニーズが高まっています。
新たに加わる方には、投資先企業の経営戦略立案から実行、M&A推進、ファイナンス支援までを一気通貫で担い、投資実行後のバリューアップをリードしていただくことを期待しています。
今後は複数投資先での横断的なPMIやロールアップ戦略を推進し、グループ全体の企業価値向上を実現する中核人材を求めています。
- 業務概要
投資先企業の経営戦略責任者候補として、事業成長戦略・M&A推進・PMI・ファイナンス支援を主導いただきます。
グループ本体ではなく、投資先の経営課題に深く入り込み、自社投資の成果最大化を担うポジションです。
- 職務詳細
・投資先企業の中長期経営戦略・成長シナリオの策定および実行支援
・投資先におけるM&A推進(ターゲット選定、条件交渉、クロージング、PMI)
・経営管理・ファイナンス支援(KPI設計、資本政策、収益改善、予実管理)
・事業ポートフォリオ分析・優先度設計、投資計画の立案
・外部専門家(FAS、投資銀行、法律事務所など)との折衝・協働
・経営課題の抽出と解決策提言、施策の実行および効果検証
