住宅業界の川上から川下まで、

用地仕入れ〜完成までを担うのが「企画営業」。

部門を横断しながら、不動産の価値創造を行います。

①⼟地の仕⼊れ・情報収集

・開発エリアの市場調査・現地確認

・価格・法令条件などの精査

・交渉~契約手続き対応

  • 住宅営業とは違い、

"売る"ではなく"仕⼊れる"仕事です

②建物の企画・施工段取り

・仕入れた⼟地に適した住宅プランを設計

・設計・施工部門との打ち合わせ・管理

・着工前の近隣対応や進捗管理

  • 業務を通じて「設計・施工の知識」も

自然と身につきます

③完成後の対応・社内引き継ぎ

・施工完了時の品質チェック

・関係部門への情報共有・資料作成

  • 宅地建物取引士免許をお持ちの方

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 24日

9:00~17:30(休憩1時間)

基本給:月給 22万4200円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万5800円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
