【職務内容】
品質計画
クライアント向けのプロジェクト品質管理計画を策定し、準備します。
プロジェクトチームと内部プロジェクト検査計画会議を調整し、主導します。
回転機械、熱交換器、圧力容器、モジュール、バルブ、配管材料、機器などの主要な機器購入に関する検査データシート (IDS) を作成します。
サプライヤー管理
サプライヤーの検査およびテスト計画 (ITP) を確認し、サプライヤーとの検査前会議を企画します。
ITP に従ってサプライヤー ワークショップでの検査活動を監督するため、E&C支部及び検査代行会社とコーディネーションを行う
サプライヤー ワークショップでの製造中に特定された不適合に対処し、管理します。これには、是正措置、検証、根本原因分析、予防措置が含まれます。
サプライヤーのテスト レポートを評価し、クライアントに提出します。
規制遵守および現場品質管理
海外のサプライヤーから輸入した機器については、必要なサプライヤーの技術文書と品質文書を確認します。
日本の高圧ガス保安法および関連する検査規則に準拠し、必要書類の作成及び関連官庁への対応業務等を行う。
現場で地方自治体による機械最終検査に品質管理活動を行います。
サポート業務
新しいプロジェクト提案に対する規制アドバイスとコスト見積もりを提供します。
サプライヤーの品質改善イニシアチブを支援します。
サプライヤー資格監査をサポートします。
品質システムの継続的な改善を推進します。

Job Description
Quality Planning
Develop and prepare the Project Quality Management Plan for clients.
Coordinate and lead internal Project Inspection Plan meetings with the project management team.
Create Inspection Data Sheets (IDS) for key equipment purchases, including rotating machinery, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, modules, valves, piping materials, and instruments.
Review suppliers' Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and organize pre-inspection meetings with suppliers.
Oversee inspection activities at supplier workshops according to the ITP.
Address and manage nonconformities identified during manufacturing at supplier workshops, including corrective actions, verification, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
Regulatory Compliance and Site Quality Management
For imported equipment from overseas suppliers, review necessary supplier technical and quality documents.
Prepare and submit applications to Kouatsu Gas Hoan Kyokai (KHK) in compliance with Japanese High Pressure Gas Safety Law and related inspection regulations.
Support Duties
Provide regulatory advice and cost estimates for new project proposals.
Assist in supplier quality improvement initiatives.
Support supplier qualification audits.
Drive continuous improvement of the quality system.
