【職務概要】

プロポーザルマネージャーは、様々なレビューミーティングとグローバルE&Cソリューションのセンターマネージメントの承認を通じて、ビジネス・ソルーションから契約合意、プロジェクト実行チームへの引き渡しまで、プロポーザルの全体的な管理責任を負う

グローバルE&Cソリューションセンターのプロポーザルを担当する職務として、プロポーザルマネージャーは、自身が担当する単なるプロポーザル案件の職務を処理するだけでなく、精度の高いそして品質の高いプロポーザルを作成する責任を持つ。また、プロポーザルの作成にあたり、プロポーザルマネージャーはスタッフへの監督・指導・助言を行い、エンジニアのスキル向上、成長に努める責任がある。

プロポーザルマネージャーは、ローカルプロポーザルチームをその専門知識でリードし、必要に応じて社内の他部門や他のグローバルE&Cソリューションセンターとの調製を行う。

プロポーザルの期間中、プロポーザルマネージャーは、ここで説明する役割とタスクについて見積もりチームとの意思疎通を図りながらプロポーザルを主導する。プロポーザルマネージャーは、ALグローバルE&Cソリューション組織で義務付けられている手順と指示に従って、プロポーザル作業と見積もり作業が確実に実行されることをプロジェクトマネージャーとともに管理する。

プロポーザルマネージャーは、プロポーザルのAおよびBミーティングレポートに十分なインプットを確かなものとするために、プロポーザルエンジニアを監督・指導する。

プロポーザルマネージャーは、プロポーザルエンジニアに対し、プロポーザルの効率改善やプロポーザル活動の非効率的な作業を最小限に抑えるためのアイデアを発案させるために役立つ最適な前例を提供する。

Overall management responsibility for the proposal through the Review Meeting and Center management to maintain the business solution in line with the company's development strategy. starting from selection until contract agreement and handover to project execution teams.

As a function responsible for proposals at the Global E & C Solution Center, the proposal manager is responsible not only for having the proposals he/she is responsible for, but also for creating accurate and high-quality proposal schemes. In creating proposals, the proposal manager also supervises, guides and advises staff, and is responsible for improving the skills and growth of engineers.

The proposal manager leads the local proposal team with its expertise and coordinates with other departments and another global E&C solution center as needed.

During the period of the proposal, the proposal manager will lead the proposal while communicating with the estimation team regarding the roles and tasks described here. The Proposal Manager, along with the Project Manager, ensures that proposals and quotations are carried out according to the procedures and instructions required by the AL Global E & C Solutions Organization.

Supervises proposal engineer to ensure enough level of input for the A/B-meeting report for the proposal which requires proposal capitalization.

Encourage proposal engineer to share any good practice which contributes to improve the proposal activity efficiency and provide necessary level of assessment to improve proposal efficiency and to minimize inefficient work for the proposal activity

Ensure and manage the implementation of effective analysis and feed back of the result of competition to the team.

Required Qualifications

University graduate (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent or higher

Business level English speaking and writing

Basic knowledge about contracts in plant business

It is desirable to have about 5 years of experience as a technical job (engineering, design, machinery, manufacturing engineer, etc.)

Clear, reasonable and challenging target setting of group member
