Job Description:
Collaborate with the BrSE team in Kobe to develop and maintain software systems.
Program using C, C++, and related technologies.
Analyze requirements, design system components, implement features, and troubleshoot issues.
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify project details, and provide progress updates.
Conduct quality checks on deliverables before submission to clients.
Act as a liaison between the offshore team in Vietnam and clients, addressing project-related issues and post-delivery inquiries.

Requirements:
Knowledge or experience in C/C++ programming.
At least 1 year of experience as a tester.
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with the ability to read technical documents and communicate with Japanese clients.
Strong logical thinking skills; detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
Preferably experienced in testing web/app software or having hands-on experience writing test cases.
High sense of responsibility, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and solution-proposal skills.
Proactive, positive, and passionate about project management, with a willingness to take on challenges.

Benefits:

Base salary:

up to 4,000,000 JPY/year, including:
Housing allowance: 30,000 JPY/month.

Transportation allowance: 10,000 JPY/month.

Overtime pay:
based on actual OT hours.
