クライアントの課題の深い理解に根ざした戦略ストーリーの構築、創造的な視点からのアイデア開発を通じてクライアントビジネスを成功に導くプランニングサービスの提供。
■業務詳細:
・ターゲット(ドクター、その他HCP、患者など)を理解するための調査、情報収集、分析、インサイト探索
・クライアントのマーケティングやコミュニケーション課題の把握とその解決方法の企画立案(戦略や戦術・アクションプラン)
・インサイトを深く捉えたカスタマージャーニー、ペイシェントジャーニーの作成
・デジタルを活用したオムニチャネルコミュニケーションの設計
・企画書やプレゼンマテリアルなどの作成、プレゼンテーション、ワークショップなどのファシリテーションの実施
※主なクライアントは、外資及び国内の大手製薬会社(処方薬)、医療機器メーカー
※OHGAPプランニングはシェアードサービスという位置づけで、グループ内エージェンシーであるTargis、Rx Healthcare、POLARIS、EMCの業務に携わります。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
■必須要件:
・マーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略を立案、戦術のディレクション経験
▼上記と以下いずれかのご経験
・広告会社でヘルスケア企業をプランナーとして3年以上担当したご経験
・メディカルライターのご経験(3年以上)製薬会社のマーケティング戦略、コミュニケーション戦略を実務で企画書を自分で書きプレゼンテーション経験
・製薬会社でブランドマネージャーのご経験があり、マーケティングプランをご自身で構築経験
・コンサルティング会社で製薬会社のマーケティング戦略サポートの経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
