会長の専任秘書として行動を共にしながら、経営効率の向上に貢献して頂きます。
- スケジュール調整(会議、来客、出張、プライベート)
- 来客、電話対応
- 贈答などへの返礼、お土産の手配
- 出張手配、交通機関や宿泊先の手配
- 郵便物の管理
- 交際業務のサポート(お中元/お歳暮、慶弔時の電報など)
- 領収証の管理、文書ファイリング
- 社長室の整理

【必須条件】
・秘書の実務経験(1年以上)
・一般常識があり、正しい倫理観を持っている
・理不尽さを伴う業務への耐久性

・事務処理能力とPCスキル
・ビジネスコミュニケーションと提案力

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日
9:00 ~ 18:00(実働8時間)
※会長スケジュールによって変動の可能性あり

基本給:月給 30万円 〜

※給与は、能力、経験に応じて考慮いたします。
※超過分は別途支給します。
※試用期間は3ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態は正社員です。
