仕事内容:

部品や製品が工場に入荷される際、品質をチェックする*「受入検査チーム」*での検査業務および付随する事務作業を担当していただきます。

具体的な作業内容

寸法検査(受入検査)

外部から納入された部品が、設計通りの品質であるかを確認します。

図面を見ながら、ノギスやマイクロメータなどの測定器を使用して、部品の長さや厚み、穴径などを細かく測定します。

測定結果を図面上の公差(許容範囲)と比較し、合否を判定します。

測定器の使用経験、または図面を読む力が必要とされます。

付随する業務(事務処理)

入荷した部品に添付されている伝票のバーコードを読み取る作業。

検査の結果や、納入業者から提供された成績書などの書類をスキャンし、PDF化するなどのデータ管理業務。

検査データをパソコンに入力する作業や、検査結果の報告書作成も含まれます。

工場に流れる部品の品質を最初に見極める、非常に重要な役割を担います。

測定スキルが活かせる

ノギスやマイクロメータなど、測定器の使用経験がある方、または図面を読むことに抵抗がない方に最適です。

事務スキルも使用

検査だけでなく、PCを使ったデータ処理や書類整理などの事務作業も発生するため、デスクワークと現場作業のバランスが取れた仕事です。

集中力と正確性

製品の合否を判定するため、正確さと集中力をもってコツコツと作業に取り組む姿勢が重要です。
