- 雇用情報が関連するHRデータ管理システムに入力・更新・維持されていることを確保する。
- 従業員およびマネージャーからの質問に正確かつ迅速に対応し、複雑または機密性の高い課題は適切な担当者や部門にエスカレーション・適切にルーティングする。

Duties & Responsibilities/職務と責任
- 新規採用、ステータス変更、福利厚生、入社・退職など、幅広いHR業務を文書化・処理する。
- 質問や課題を調査し、適切かつ正確な対応を確保する。
- HRISデータを監視し、従業員記録が給与・福利厚生・ステータス・その他情報を正確に反映していることを確認する。
- HRISデータの一貫性・正確性を確認・監査し、指示に従い標準レポートを作成する。
- すべての従業員データ・情報が会社方針およびプライバシー・機密保持要件に従い保持されていることを確保する。
Job Summary
- Provide transactional and administrative support for HR programs, processes, and related day-to-day
- transactional workflows.
- Support HR services such as benefits, compensation, labor and employee relations, payroll, learning, and
- HRIS, ensuring systems are updated and processes are followed.
- Ensure employment information is entered, updated, and maintained in the relevant HR data management systems.
- Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries from employees and managers, and escalate or appropriately
- Route complex or sensitive issues to the relevant personnel or departments.
