具体的な仕事内容

広島県および四国4県の自治体に対する

介護・福祉システムの導入・提案。

  • お任せするフェーズ

・導入に向けた業務分析・運用提案

・システム標準化に伴う要件定義

・データ移行、受入テスト支援

・操作研修、本稼働後の保守サポート

無理なカスタマイズ開発ではなく、

「標準機能でどう業務を回すか」を

提案するコンサルティング要素が強い仕事です。

必須スキル

以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

1.システム開発における要件定義経験

2.何らかのパッケージ導入経験

3.自治体での業務経験がある方

4.IT業界での法人営業経験

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

(実働8時間 / 休憩1時間)

働き方について

・基本はオフィス出社または顧客訪問。

お客様との密な連携が必要なため、

対面でのコミュニケーションを重視。

・残業月平均20時間以下

法改正時期など繁忙期はありますが、

基本的にはワークライフバランス良好。

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 77万円

・450万円以上(担当)

・650万円以上(主任・技師)

・1000万円以上(管理職)
