出張買取バイヤーは、お客様がお持ちのモノを適正に査定し、買取をするお仕事。
チラシ・HP、コールセンターなどからご依頼のあったお客様のご自宅へお伺いし、
品物の査定・買取を行います。【飛び込みはありません】

Q. 出張ってどれくらい遠くまで?1日どれくらい回るの?
営業所から1~2時間くらいの範囲で、朝は自宅からお客様宅へ直行し、
1日の訪問が終わったら会社に戻ります。
1日3件~4件程度の訪問で、時間は1件につき1~1.5時間くらいです。

【仕事内容】

【仕事の特徴】
- しっかり研修
出張買取スタッフ:座学5日程度・同行研修2~3週間ほど・約1ヶ月後で現場デビュー。
- モノの価値を見極められるようになる
取り扱う品目が多いので、さまざまなものをみるスキルが身に付きます
経験を積むほどに、知識だけでなく人間力もアップ
研修ではマナーも学びます。丁寧な所作や失礼のないマナーは自分自身の価値に
お客様とのやりとりでコミュニケーション力が磨かれます

要普通運転免許(AT限定可)

10:00〜20:00(実働8時間/休憩2時間)、平均残業時間20時間程度

週休2日制(日曜+シフト休)/GW/夏季休暇/年末年始休暇/有給休暇
GW(5連休)・夏季(8連休)・年末年始休暇(8連休) 年間休日112日(2025年度)

【給与】
月給 300,000円 〜 500,000円
【給与備考】
月給300,000円~500,000円(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ
※固定残業代一律3万7,900円/月24.7時間分含む、超過分は別途支給
- インセンティブ支給基準は、その月の数値目標超えられたかどうか
新人さんでも初月から20万円のインセンティブも可能
頑張りはしっかり還元します
※平均月5万円~50万円支給、頑張りを収入としてお返しします
※バイヤーの70%以上の社員が支給されています。
