仕事内容


・企業研修の企画・運営・講師として、受講者の成長と組織課題の解決を支援する仕事。

・講師未経験からチャレンジ可能。

・研修講師アシスタントとして業務に従事しながら研修について学んでいきます。

  • 主な業務内容

・事前ヒアリング・課題整理・企画書づくり・研修アシスタント参加

・研修当日の進行/受講者のサポート・研修後の振り返り・コンテンツ改善・新規研修プログラム開発

  • 研修講師"を目指す

実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

・隔週休2日(隔週土曜+毎週日曜)

・祝日・夏季/年末年始/GW・特別休暇(リフレッシュ・ハネムーン)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円 〜 6万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間 〜 40時間)

固定残業時間を超える勤務については残業代の支給なし

固定残業代を支給しない理由:みなし労働時間制のため

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
