職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities PwC Japanメンバーファームの労働安全衛生分野で下記担当をしていただきます。
法人の職員の健康・安全管理に係る実務です。
産業医面談の設定、前後の各種関係者との調整から業務を開始いただき、企画提案・データ分析等も担当いただきます。
■Healthcareチームの担当業務
傷病者(主にメンタル不調者)の管理および問い合わせ対応
休・復職に関するルール整備および運営
健康診断、予防接種等の推進および管理
ストレスチェックの実施および実施後の課題分析、施策検討
長時間労働者への医師による面接指導対応
衛生委員会の運営
健保組合とのコラボヘルスの推進
Wellbeing施策の検討および実施

また、チームメンバー全員が週1で出社し、定期的に対面でのコミュニケーションの場を設けています。
管理部門の退職率は1ケタ台と、定着率も高い職場です。 登録資格 Qualification ■必須要件
・以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
- 労働安全衛生にかかわる人事労務経験
- 労働法令、労働安全衛生法に対する基礎的な理解があること
・1,000名以上の規模での就労経験
・MS Officeスキル中級程度(vlookup関数、ピボットテーブルなど)かつ、複数のシステムやツールの使用に抵抗がない方
・社会人経験7年以上
・英語でのメールの読み書きのご経験 ※調べながらできるレベルで可
