仕事内容


【ガスお客様センターでの受付業務】(受信)

\2026年3月末までの短期/

引越し等に伴うガスと電気の利用開始・停止に関するお問い合わせ対応です。

お客様からガス(電気)の使用場所を聴取し、立会作業日の日程調整していただきます。

業務に慣れてきたら電気の利用開始・停止の受付や、

他オペレーターさんへの支援(質問への回答)も担当していただく場合があります。

<具体的な問い合わせ例>

・「次の日曜日に作業に来てほしい」

・「引っ越すのでガス(電気)の停止をしてほしい」

・「ガス(電気)を開ける申込みをしたい」 など
