Residence Advisor

We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Residence Advisor to welcome and assist international students at our residence, Crevia Will, located near Muashi-Kosugi station.

This is an excellent opportunity for language & cultural exchange between Japanese and foreign nationals. We welcome applications from both groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that beds and rooms are clean and available for arriving students.
  • Be on duty during weekends to meet and greet new students until everyone has arrived.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Hold orientation sessions and conduct walk-throughs for new students.
  • Organize one weekly activity for residents.
  • Maintain supplies for the residence.
  • Conduct weekly room checks to ensure students adhere to rules and report any issues to the Residence Coordinator.
  • Carry out curfew checks for minor students.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the Residence Coordinator and Accommodation Manager.

This part-time position is ideal for students or individuals already residing in Japan. A conversational level of Japanese is required.

Estimated Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥300,000 per month
