職務内容および役割
2025年8月にBIPROGYグループの連結子会社となったMattrz株式会社(※)に出向いただき、経営陣直下で、全社横断の事業戦略・組織運営をリードしていただきます。
加えて、財務・管理的な素養を活かし、経営判断を支える「数字と実行のハブ」としてご活躍いただきます。
具体的な業務内容は以下となります。
経営戦略・中期成長戦略の立案と推進
部門別KPI・予算進捗の可視化、分析、改善アクションの支援
全社収支構造の把握と、重点領域へのリソース配分設計
経営会議・取締役会の企画・運営、資料作成
親会社・株主対応(レポーティング、各種報告、折衝等)
各部門責任者と連携した、部門目標の実行支援
※Mattrz株式会社:
・デジタルマーケティングソリューションを主に中堅・中小企業(以下 SMB)に提供。
・2025年8月にBIPROGYグループの連結子会社化。

スキル要件
【必須スキル・経験】
事業会社またはコンサルでの経営戦略/事業戦略の立案・推進経験
財務リテラシー(PL/BS/CFの読解、予実管理の実務経験)
複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んでプロジェクトを推進した経験
経営陣レベルの意思決定を支える分析力と、数字を起点にした改善提案の実行経験
【有ると望ましいスキル・経験】
コンサルファーム(戦略/経営/業務)でのマネージャー以上の経験
事業会社での経営企画・事業企画・予算管理・IR・PMIのいずれかの経験
管理部門(財務経理、総務、法務)の業務設計・改善に関わった経験
Web企業での事業経験
