【募集背景】

アニメ・ゲーム・マンガなどの話題性あるIPを活用したライセンス&MD(Merchandising)事業を急拡大中

アニメ制作・ゲーム開発・デジタルプロデュースを手掛けるグループの強みを活かし、"ファンの心を動かすモノづくり"をテーマに、多彩なIP商品を展開しています。

事業拡大に伴い、アニメ・キャラクター・ものづくりが好きな仲間を新たに募集します

【業務内容】

まずはIPリサーチ、市場調査、企画立案、制作進行などの企画業務を中心に携わっていただき、経験や適性に応じて、将来的にライセンスアウト(商品化許諾)業務にも関わっていただく想定です。

また、企画はチームで進めるため、経験や知識に不安がある方も周囲のサポートを受けながら取り組むことができます

アニメ・ゲーム・マンガなどの人気IPを活用した商品企画・開発

版権元との交渉・契約・監修対応(ライセンス取得~商品化まで)

他社メーカー・流通企業への商品化ライセンスアウト営業(販促契約・商品化契約の企画・提案・契約締結)および新規ライセンシーの発掘

社内外デザイナー、制作パートナーとの協業・進行管理

自社EC・ポップアップ・卸先向け商品ラインの企画立案

「募集職種の経験有無」

「応募資格」

【必須条件】

・メーカー、ライセンシー、ライセンサー、流通、小売のいずれかでの実務経験(3年以上目安)

・アニメ/ゲーム/マンガなどのIP・キャラクターコンテンツに強い興味関心

※選考には企画書をご提出いただく可能性がございます。

【歓迎条件】

・アニメ・キャラクターグッズ・雑貨・アパレルなどの商品企画・営業経験

・SNS/ファンマーケティングに関する知見

・海外IPやブランドコラボに携わった経験

・英語または中国語のビジネスコミュニケーションスキル

給与


年俸 円 ~ 円

支払い方法: 年俸の1/12を毎月支給

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:75,915円以上

みなし残業時間:45.00時間

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
