【募集背景】

アパレル事業におけるDX推進の中核として、商品・在庫・顧客情報を統合するデジタルプラットフォームを、ゼロから内製で開発してきました。今後のさらなる事業拡大に伴い、開発体制を一段強化するため、サーバーサイド開発を技術面から牽引するテックリードを募集します。

【ミッション】

会社のコアとなる商品、在庫、顧客の各システムの立ち上げ・継続的な成長をさせる

【主要業務】

・自社EC並びにデジタルプラットフォーム、周辺システムの企画/設計/開発/保守運用業務

・生成AIを活用した会社全体の生産性の向上

・インフラ設計/保守運用

・新技術の積極的な検証

・情報セキュリティや不正アクセスの対策

・ネイティブアプリに連携するサーバサイドシステム開発

仕事内容

商品、在庫、顧客を統合するデジタルプラットフォームの構築全般
(会社が定めた業務に変更する場合がある)

必須スキル・経験

・Webサービスの開発経験が4年以上(設計から開発保守まで一貫した経験)
・フレームワークを利用した開発経験が3年以上(言語問わず)
・テスト駆動開発経験が2年以上(言語問わず)
・コードレビュー経験が2年以上(言語問わず)
・AWS・GCP・Azureのいずれかを利用した環境の設計/運用経験
・Gitを利用したチーム開発経験
・監視ツールやログを元に障害を切り分け、復旧・再発防止まで自走できること
